Payless411 is proud to offer a selection

on Internet. We give a 7 day return guarantee to all of our customers.
If you wish to return a product, please call or e-mail our Customer
Service Department. We will assist you with the procedures for
returning your product for exchange, refund or credit. In order
to help keep our prices low, some limitations and restrictions
may apply.
Please feel free to write us. We welcome any
suggestions on how we can improve our
service because we take pride in taking good care of our customers.
Refund Policy
- Original receipt (invoice)
is required.
- All return products require
a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Payless411.
Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
- RMA numbers issued by Payless411
are valid for 7 days, and Payless411 must receive the return
product within this period or your return may be refused.
RMA numbers will NOT be extended or re-issued.
- There will be a 15% restocking
fee on all returns. Any missing components will result in
rejection of the return or additional charges.
- Products authorized for return
must be 100% complete, in like new condition, including original
packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other
accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- Retail pack processors, notebooks,
software, and special order items are not returnable or refundable.
- The customer is responsible
for all shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.
Payless411 recommends the use of a reputable shipping carrier
that offers proof of delivery with full insurance your return
shipments.
- Original shipping charges are
not refundable.
- With the exception of Payless411
pre-configured computer systems, Payless411 cannot guarantee
compatibility of individual components.
Refund Procedures
Step 1: Obtain an RMA request form
from this site, or call our Customer Service Department.
Step 2: Fill out
the request form and send it to our Customer Service Department
via Fax or e-mail.
Step 3: After refund
is approved, we will issue a RMA number within one working
day.
Step 4: Prepare
a shipping box with proper packing materials. Please do
not use merchandise container as a shipping box.
Step 5: Enclose
a copy of your invoice and completed RMA form.
Step 6: Print
your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. We
will refuse any packages without this number.

Step 8: Refund
will be issued by check within 14 business days from the
day that Payless411 receives the returned product. There
is NO charge back to customer’s credit card.
Repair Policy
- Original receipt is required
for warranty repair service.
- All repair products require a
valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Payless411.
Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
- RMA numbers issued by Payless411
are valid for 15 days, and Payless411 must receive the return
product within this period or your return may be refused. RMA
numbers will NOT be extended or re-issued.
- Payless411 will accept all defective
products for exchange or repair, at Payless411’s discretion
within 15 days of the invoice date. Payless411 reserves the
right to substitute an equivalent product if the original model
is no longer available.
- Damage caused by neglect, abuse
or misuse (including, but no limited to, over-clocking the CPU
or motherboard) will void the product’s warranty and no refund
will be given.
- Please return bare hardware ONLY.
Do NOT return accessories such as cables, manuals and drivers.
- No RMA cross-ship is allowed.
Payless411 will NOT ship replacement item until original is
returned.
- The customer is responsible for

- Payless411 offers FREE
return shipping for defective products via UPS Ground or
equivalent. We will charge the difference on all other shipping
upgrades. If returned product is found to be non-defective,
we may ship it back to the customer at his/her expense and may
charge for diagnostic fee ($30/hr).

pre-configured computer systems, Payless411 cannot guarantee
compatibility of individual components.

Step 8: Refunds

Credit Cards:
We accept all major credit cards
including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There
is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases from
Payless411. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address
and telephone number. (Make sure it’s the address and telephone
number that your credit card bank has on file for you.) Incorrect
information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.
Your credit card will be billed upon processing of your order.
Canceled Orders
Send your request, along with your
order confirmation number and customer name to our processing
department at Sales@Payless411.com. All cancellations
must be in writing, and please allow 24hrs notice. Upon successful
cancellation of your order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Any refused shipments will be subject to a service fee of $25.00
along with applicable shipping charges to cover the expenses associated
with the processing and return of your product.
Warranties
Products sold by Payless411 are
backed by each individual manufacturer's service and support policy.
Payless411 disclaims all representations and warranties with respect
to the products, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including
any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance is Payless411
liable for the following:
Third party claims against you for
damages; loss of, or damage to your records or data; or economic
consequential damages whether or not advised of the possibility
of damage.
Trademarks:
All trademarks or service marks
are the property of their respective owners.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed
at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information received from our suppliers, Payless411 shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. Payless411 shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders weather or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Payless411
shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price.
Governing Laws and Jurisdictions
Any dispute arising out of or related
to Payless411's terms and conditions of sale set forth herein
shall be governed by the laws of the state of California. The
customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction and the venue of
the state courts of California to resolve any and all customer
disputes with Payless411 and the customer hereby waives all rights
to jurisdiction and venue.

All published prices, specifications,
services and policy are subject to change without any notice.
All refused shipments will be subject
to shipping and handling charges.
Assembling charges are not refundable.
